• STEP 1: You will fill out a simple form and be prompted to upload your audio file. For all practical purposes, I have limited my acceptable file types to AIFF or WAV files; in cases where the customer has a dial-up connection or has no other choice, I will also accept MP3 files(please no WMP files). After completion of the file upload, a page that will inform you that you have successfully uploaded your audio file and you will receive an email confirming the upload.
• STEP 2: Waiting for me to finish mastering your song; there is no link to follow via the STEP 2 box. Finish times can vary depending on many factors, but I have provided an estimated finish time on the home page, so you can rest easy. When I am finished with your audio file, I will upload the DEMO and FINAL master files to the website; you will receive an e-mail prompting you to proceed to STEP 3.
• STEP 3: In the e-mail you received from STEP 2, there will be direct link to the DEMO audio file for you to download and an ACCESS CODE which you can manually enter with your email address by following the link in the STEP 3 box. Either way will lead you to your DEMO audio file. Your demo will be a shortened version of the master. You will be able to download this version and inspect at your leisure. No further actions will be necessary unless you want to buy the complete mastered file. All files will be stored on the web server for 30 days after I have completed the mastering; all audio files are archived. So if you were to change your mind after 30 days, I still have a copy for you which can be reposted to the web server.
• STEP 4: Payment for the mastered file.* In the e-mail you received from STEP 2, there will be direct link to purchase the audio file and an ACCESS CODE which you can manually enter with your email address by following the link in the STEP 4 box. Either will present you with information about the audio file associated with that ACCESS CODE; this is to allow you to confirm you are buying the right song before you pay for it. If the information is correct, click the "BUY NOW" button. If by chance you have lost your e-mail from STEP 2, please email me with song title and I will retrieve it for you. Upon confirmed payment, you will receive an e-mail containing a direct link to the FINAL mastered audio file for you to download and an reminder of the ACCESS CODE which you can manually enter with your email address by following the link in the STEP 5 box.
• STEP 5: You can either enter your email address and ACCESS CODE manually in the link via the STEP 5 box, or just click the direct download link provided in your e-mail recieved during STEP 4. As with the DEMO file, your FINAL mastered file will remain on the web server for 30 days after I have completed the mastering.

* All masters will be provided as 16 bit/44.1 khz or c.d. quality files. People who provided me with MP3 files will receive the mastered file as an MP3 in the same kbps rate as it came to me.
