Bio: Jim Mason graduated from the College Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, Ohio in the year 1991. Jim spent many years as a bass player and music instructor in the greater Cincinnati area before dedicating himself to recording and engineering.

  Because of Jim's rich musical experience and diversity he is able to quickly pinpoint areas in your recording that need assistance and quickly turn your recordings from dull to vibrant.

Bio: Ben is a University of New Hampshire alum where he studied Business and Music while performing in local bands and as an acoustic guitarist/vocalist on campus. After college, he learned the ropes of the recording world by working with talented and award winning engineers and producers at Philadelphia's legendary Sigma Sound and The Ground Hog Recording Studio.

   In 2004, Ben officially opened the doors to Javboy Records , a Philadelphia-area recording studio and record label. He now spends his time working with local artists and businesses to produce top quality recordings. Besides being a top notch engineer and producer, Ben also makes excellent brownies to share with his clients.

Bio: Jim Bouchard has been playing music a long time. When Jim was growing up his brothers had a band called the Regal Tones which was quite popular in his little town in upstate New York State. They got bitten by the music bug and later went on to found the popular metal band, The Blue Oyster Cult. (I guess that makes them rock stars over 60) Jim caught the bug from them, but while they were being famous He went to art school. Unlike John Lennon, Jim graduated, but only played music on the side for years.

  In recent years Jim Bouchard has been extremely active in the independent artist music scene. Having recorded many songs with many different artists Jim has an extremely rich musical background that makes him uniquely qualified to help each artist with their specific needs.

  Jim Bouchard is a great edition to the SongMastering staff and is always willing to go the extra mile for the artist, Jim is highly dependable and does great work.

Bio: Jeff is probably the most experienced and knowledgeable engineer on the SongMastering.com staff. Jeff is part owner of a professional music studio in Erlanger, Kentucky and has been extremely active as a mixing engineer and also as a drummer and percussionist in the greater Cincinnati area.

  Jeff Monroe has even helped mix and master Jim Mason's first 2 c.d.'s "disheveled - non sequitur" and "one eyed jimmy jive" So when Jeff asked if he could join SongMastering.com Jim said "Hell Yeah !"

Bio: Brent is a graduate of the Atlanta Institute of Music and Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts. He has been a professional engineer and composer for ten years, with broadcast television, radio, and advertising credits including TNT, Cartoon Network/Adult Swim, FX, ABC Family, Gospel Music Channel, Disney Channel, etc. Composing and engineering in a multiude of genres from hip-hop to classical orchestration has been his mainstay, as well as being a sound designer and mixer for broadcast TV. An avid guitarist for over 20 years, Brent also plays in local bands and tracks relentlessly.
